Manufacturing Branch Factory
　　We operate more than 80 CNC machining centers, including 5-axis turn-mill machines, turning centers, vertical CNC lathes, full‑feature CNC lathes, boring and milling centers, gantry‑type vertical machining centers, and vertical machining centers.
　　We operate more than 20 rubber molding machines, including twin‑platen vacuum vulcanizers, injection molding machines, pre‑forming presses, and RGD & air‑sealing equipment.
　　The riveting and welding workshop currently houses 53 machining units, 40 cutting machines, as well as bending and welding robots.
　　More than 45 welders hold welding certificates and licenses, including 13 DNV‑qualified welders.

Equipment Manufacturing Plant
　　A base for implementing the 5S management standard—“Health, Safety, and Environment”—with 26 independently configured workstations.
　　The test workshop can accommodate simultaneous testing of six or more pieces of equipment.
　　The instrument assembly workshop employs a total of 80 technical and assembly personnel.
　　Integrate health, safety, and environmental (HSE) principles with ergonomics.

Pump Business Unit
　　The pump assembly workshop employs a total of 60 workers. Monthly output averages approximately 60 plunger pumps and 100 centrifugal pumps.

　　With a professional paint booth, we can perform full‑vehicle painting on both vehicle‑mounted and trailer‑type equipment.

Test Center

Downhole Tools Division
　　Assembly area: 3,600 m²
　　The Downhole Tools High-Temperature, High-Pressure Testing Center within the workshop comprises a room for ambient‑temperature hydrostatic pressure testing, a high‑temperature, high‑pressure hydraulic test well, a high‑temperature, high‑pressure gas‑tightness test well, and a coiled tubing tool testing platform.

　　In addition to standard physical and chemical laboratories, the facility is equipped with high‑temperature, high‑pressure test wells and high‑temperature, high‑pressure gas‑tightness test wells, enabling API 11D1 V3 and API 11D1 V0 validation testing of packers and bridge plugs.
