Products go global, services cross borders, and users praise it.

Today, Sinopec Machinery’s Si Ji Saiwa Company received two letters of satisfaction from Saudi customers. One letter expressed appreciation for the company’s high‑performance features, such as the precise control and automatic mixing of cement slurry density on its dual‑pump cementing trailer; the other commended the company’s technical services and training efforts, offering full recognition and high praise.

“We are very satisfied with the overall performance of your equipment, and we look forward to continuing our business relationship with you in the future.”

“We are very satisfied with the technical support and training you have provided.”

In January this year, Sijisaiwa Company signed a supply contract with a globally renowned oilfield services firm to provide dual‑pump cementing trailers for the Ghawar Oilfield in Saudi Arabia.

The dual‑pump cementing trailer is a vehicle‑mounted, specialized unit that integrates cementing equipment, offering high mobility and adaptability to meet the demands of mobile operations in oilfields. It is primarily used for cementing operations in onshore oilfields.

Sijisaiwa Company has developed, specifically for the high-temperature, arid conditions of desert and Gobi work sites in the Middle East, High-temperature resistant, wind‑ and sand‑proof, condensation‑resistant, and capable of withstanding a 20°C diurnal temperature range and extreme weather conditions. Cementing trailer equipment.

In mid-March, the cementing trailer was officially delivered. To ensure smooth on-site operation, technical service engineer Yang Rongxiang traveled abroad at the earliest opportunity, accompanying the equipment to oversee installation and commissioning.

Ghawar Oilfield, The maximum temperature approached 40 degrees Celsius. At the site, Yang Rongxiang discovered that the software of the dual-pump cementing trailer was incompatible with the customer’s application environment.

He reinstalled the relevant equipment and adjusted the system parameters, quickly resolving the issue. Furthermore, taking into account local operational requirements and the operating habits of overseas users, he conducted on-site training, patiently demonstrating procedures such as gray‑valve and water‑valve position calibration, as well as automated control of the gray and water valves. This enabled local operators to gain a comprehensive understanding of the equipment’s control functions, enhance operational efficiency, and maximize the value derived from the equipment.

The cementing trailer fully meets the Saudi field’s stringent requirements for high temperature, high dust levels, heavy-duty operations, and enhanced safety. It delivers flexible, efficient on-site performance, helping customers boost operational efficiency by 75%, with slurry‑mixing control accuracy consistently maintained within 0.2%. These achievements have earned high praise from our clients.

In recent years, Sijisaiwa has been committed to enhancing equipment user experience and helping customers create value. Cutting-edge technologies such as fully automated cementing control, remote centralized control, and “one‑click cementing” have successively gone global, enabling Chinese-made smart solutions to both expand overseas and gain wider recognition, earning widespread acclaim.
