EDF-30 Type Water-Based Mud Treatment Equipment
The EDF‑30 water-based drilling mud treatment system employs chemical agents and solid–liquid separation technologies, integrating a high‑frequency vibrating screen, a decanter centrifuge, a filter press, a screw‑type dewatering machine, a filtration unit, a reverse osmosis module, a screw conveyor, and a mud‑mixing and analysis laboratory. It reduces harmful solid‑phase constituents, recovers valuable drilling fluid, and produces treated effluent that meets the specifications for preparing drilling fluids; after advanced treatment, it complies with the Class I discharge standard for Category II pollutants under China’s GB 8978 “Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard.” This solution addresses the challenges of drilling mud management in oil and gas well sites, achieving closed‑loop zero discharge and ensuring that no pollutants are released to the environment.
