The ZQJ/S integrated desander‑desilter utilizes modular integration technology, combining the desander, desilter, and choke manifold into a single unit mounted atop the shale shaker. As a second- and third‑stage solids control system, it can remove solid particles larger than 0.02 mm, with a maximum processing capacity of 56 L/s; the recovered drilling fluid can be reused directly or further separated using medium‑ or high‑speed centrifuges.
