PSS-621B Dual-Pump Skid

This product is designed for oilfield operations such as acidizing and fracturing, well cleaning and sand flushing, and plug removal. It is powered by an engine that drives a TPC600 plunger pump via a 4700 transmission gearbox and drive shaft, while a power take-off unit simultaneously powers a hydraulic oil pump to supply energy to a centrifugal pump. It enables on-site control of one or multiple acidizing units, both locally and remotely.

Product Features

  • IoT System: By integrating the IoT system with on-site equipment, this solution enables asset and equipment localization, visualization of instrument curves, standardization of maintenance and upkeep procedures, and traceability of fault information. It progressively achieves visibility of equipment data, trackability of operational trajectories, verifiability of equipment status, synchronization between physical and digital twins, and seamless integration of contextual scenarios, thereby optimizing equipment management, maintenance planning, spare parts control, and the formulation of energy‑saving strategies to minimize downtime.
  • Equipped with a data acquisition system;
  • Control room and control console optional;
  • The manifold and valves are made of corrosion-resistant materials and can withstand hydrochloric acid at concentrations of up to 35%.
  • Configure an SPS leak-free packing system for the plunger pump.
  • An optional external fuel‑powered heater is available, suitable for operation in extremely cold regions during winter. Prior to winter operations, the engine coolant is forcibly circulated and heated until the engine block temperature reaches the required level for starting.
