PSS-521B Dual-Pump Skid
This product is designed for oilfield operations such as acidizing and fracturing, well cleaning and sand flushing, and plug removal. It is powered by an engine that drives a TPH400 plunger pump via a 4700 transmission gearbox and drive shaft, while a power take‑off unit also powers a hydraulic oil pump to supply energy to a centrifugal pump. Local and remote control of one or multiple acidizing units can be implemented on site.

- IoT System: By integrating the IoT system with on-site equipment, this solution enables asset and equipment localization, visualization of instrument curves, standardization of maintenance and upkeep procedures, and traceability of fault information. It progressively achieves visibility of equipment data, trackability of asset movement, verifiability of operational status, synchronization between physical and digital assets, and seamless integration of contextual insights, thereby optimizing equipment management, maintenance planning, spare parts control, and the formulation of energy‑saving strategies to minimize downtime.
- Equipped with a data acquisition system;
- The manifold and valves are made of corrosion-resistant materials and can withstand hydrochloric acid at concentrations of up to 35%.
- Configure an SPS leak-free packing system for the plunger pump;
- An optional external fuel‑powered heater is available, suitable for operation in extremely cold regions during winter. Prior to winter operations, the engine coolant is forcibly circulated and heated until the engine block temperature reaches the required level for starting.
