Fully automatic liquid filling equipment

It is suitable for the interim storage and fully automated dosing of liquid additives in oilfield operations, integrated with complete fracturing equipment. Based on operational data input according to the job design, it automatically calculates the additive dosage and keeps it within the specified design range, enabling fully automated acquisition, display, and control of additives, as well as automatic recording, storage, and playback of the entire operation.

Based on the operational data specified in the construction design, the system automatically calculates the dosage of additives and keeps it within the prescribed design limits, enabling fully automated acquisition, display, and control of additive dosing. It also provides automatic recording, storage, and playback of the entire construction process.

High degree of automation

  • The system employs fully automated acquisition and display of additive information, and automatically initiates the liquid‑addition process based on the level in the additive tank. It also automatically records and stores construction‑operation data, generating corresponding data curves.

System modularity

  • The liquid dosing pump and flow meter feature a modular design, with each component independently configurable, enabling rapid disassembly and reassembly of the equipment and significantly enhancing maintenance efficiency.

High-performance liquid pump

  • A custom-designed high-performance liquid‑addition pump is employed to ensure the equipment operates continuously in a stable and highly efficient manner.

Line-sweeping system

  • Equipped with a professional flushing system, it allows for the convenient collection of residual liquid after operations, ensuring a clean work site.

Automatic Liquid Addition Control System

  • The liquid addition is set based on the flow signal from an external flow meter. The device offers two interfaces: one for connecting a turbine flow meter’s active pulse signal, and another for interfacing with the analog signal of an electromagnetic flow meter, thereby meeting diverse equipment‑integration requirements.
