D-ring

The plug covers and flange seals of the SIVAR four‑stage compressor both utilize the latest U.S.-developed D‑type sealing rings, which offer the following advantages:

  • The D‑ring features a flat bearing surface that fits tightly against the journal, preventing helical torsional shear during operation.
  • In the operating state, the D‑ring’s maximum load-bearing surface is located at its center, resulting in low compressive stress on the pump head bore and minimizing the risk of damaging the pump head’s sealing bore.
  • No shearing occurs during the installation and removal of D-rings.
  • D‑ring seals have a service life five times longer than that of conventional O‑ring seals.

Vernon rubber

The valve rubber produced by Simasaiwa is made from a specially formulated synthetic rubber, capable of meeting the requirements of a wide range of operating conditions. Its key features are as follows:

  • Available in a full range of specifications, suitable for use with the entire lineup of cementing and fracturing plunger pumps.
  • It has high tensile strength and tear strength.
  • Excellent resistance to crushing and low compressive deformation.
  • It exhibits excellent static and dynamic sealing performance.
  • It exhibits excellent resilience, a low coefficient of friction, superior dry‑friction resistance, good heat and cold resistance, as well as excellent water and oil resistance, and outstanding wear resistance.
  • Users can, according to their needs, select split-type valve bodies and valve rubber seals, or opt for vulcanized integral valve assemblies.

Plunger

Sijisaiwa can supply plungers in various models and sizes to meet customer requirements, suitable for the vast majority of downhole plunger pumps on the market. Available plunger options include alloy‑coated plungers and tungsten carbide‑coated plungers.
Nickel-based alloy-coated plunger

  • Employing advanced surface treatment technology, the alloy layer achieves a hardness of up to HRC62, offering excellent wear resistance and a long service life.
  • It is widely used in oilfield cementing and fracturing plunger pumps, significantly enhancing the reliability and service life of these pumps.

Tungsten Carbide-Coated Plunger

  • The tungsten carbide coating is applied using an advanced HVOF spraying process, resulting in a surface layer with exceptional hardness.
  • The hardness of tungsten carbide coatings can exceed HRC 67, approaching that of diamond, and they exhibit exceptional wear resistance. Under high‑load and high‑stroke conditions, these coatings significantly reduce wear, extend service life, and are well suited to extremely severe wear‑resistant applications.

New Plunger Technology

Tungsten carbide‑coated plungers are manufactured using an advanced HVOF process, resulting in a surface coating with exceptional hardness that delivers outstanding wear resistance and an exceptionally long service life.
