The high-temperature, sulfur-resistant gas-sealing cartridge resolves issues in CO 2 In the environment, prolonged gas erosion has led to seal failure; meanwhile, through continuous iterative upgrades of the elastomer cartridge design, the issue of fatigue‑induced seal degradation caused by repeated high–low temperature cycling has been resolved.
This structure addresses the issue of effective protection for gas‑tight rubber cartridges. By leveraging a patented 3D‑printed, multi‑layer honeycomb‑structured metal back ring, it achieves lower seating force and higher reliability compared with conventional cartridges.
